In the context of the Health Cuba 2015 International Convention, the Pan American Health Organization presented relevant to the development of human resources for health, as well as relevant to universal access to health care and universal coverage of health issues, among which are the following:
  • "Human resources for health. Trends and challenges in Latin America. "Conference by Fernando Menezes Da Silva, Head of Unit, Human Resources for Health.
  • "Virtual Campus for Public Health, Technical Cooperation Strategy PAHO and lifelong learning perspective" and "Development of expertise in public health" by Gabriel Listovsky, coordinator of the Virtual Campus of Public Health.

In the same period of 2015 Cuba Health Convention and under the X Congress of Informatics in Health VCPH coordinator spoke about the "Experience in the design, development, implementation, maintenance and management of information systems VCPH ".

During convention week took part in a workshop with all institutions of the Node Cuba VCPH under the coordination of the National School of Public Health and visits they were made to various institutions to learn more about the processes of virtual education development .

Among the institutions visited include the Finlay Institute, the Faculty of Medicine of the Hospital Manuel Fajardo and the Hermanos Ameijeiras Hospital.
