PAHO’s Regional Program on Bioethics held a virtual workshop on COVID-19 vaccine research ethics on Tuesday October 27th, 1:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m., Washington DC time (EDT). The workshop will have simultaneous interpretation (English and Spanish). 

Objective(s) of the meeting: 

Explore salient topics realted to COVID-19 vaccine research ethics. 

Brief synthesis of the topics: 

Global experts discussed COVID-19-related ethical challanges, including review processes, human challenge trials, community involvement and vaccine trials.
